Power Flow

All level full body flow. Explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of yoga in this signature flow. This foundation-building class will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace.

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.

HPF (Hot Power Fusion)

A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility, HPF combines the meditative, detoxifying qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga to help you deepen your yoga practice and move through more challenging postures and connected breath. You’ll power up your yoga practice like never before. Set to a fun music playlist.  

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.

Slow Flow

Sun 4:00p

An IWY original gentle flow class. 45 minute flow with longer holds and strong emphasis on alignment. Ending with a 30 minute relaxing deep stretch series and mediative savasana to help you unwind. Perfect for all levels.  

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. Blocks, blankets, and bolsters are recommended but not required.

Power Core

INSTABS! Work on strengthening and toning the core through poses directly associated with the abdominal. A fusion of power yoga with ab work!

Power Barre

Thurs 8:30a

Effective full-body workout. You’ll be guided through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that no other technique can. Low impact, isometric movements are designed to produce results. You'll use the ballet Barre and other light equipment as you move through class, focusing on different areas of your body resulting in long and lean muscle tone without the bulk.
 

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture. Grip socks are encouraged but not required.

Yoga Sculpt

Boost metabolism and build lean muscle. A mix of yoga, light weights, and strength training moves set to an upbeat playlist.
 

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.

Flow 104

Sat 9:00a

Flowing through alignment based postures while detoxing in 104 degree heat. Tying together holding poses and heat with the flow of vinyasa. A power potluck with a different instructor each week!
