Our Warrior Wings, painted by former IWY yoga instructor, and artist Mary Leslie Hartman. These wings are our way of not just providing great IG pics, but also to inspire you to continue each day to spread your wings of transformation & be great! So go ahead, strike your fave yoga pose (or 3!), stand proud with a friend, but be sure to post so we can see your beautiful warrior faces.

Our beautiful studio, nestled in the heart of small town, Madison, GA, is the only one of it’s kind in the area - offering Far Infrared Heat, along with a wide variety of amenities for  our members only client base. Take a virtual peek inside of our home.
